This week for mindfulness we have Gratitude Bubbles I love gratitude bubbles it helps me to love what I have.the hole thing was my favourite parts . this is my Gratitude Bubbles google drawing . my next step is to add more details and color.
Kia ora Losalini. I really enjoyed doing the gratitude mindfulness and bubbles as an activity too. You can take the image of me out and replace it with you. I only out it in there as an example. It would look way better with you in it I think. It is lovely to see how being mindful of what we have to be thankful for helps us in life.
