Writing and Art.

 LIFE

Kia ora.

Today it was the day to finish of our story for our writing and our art for our writing. So for this term we have been learning about perspective drawing and writing. We have been planning and writing our story for over 7 weeks now. We have also been practising our art too. So for our art we have been drawing the setting and the characters for our story. For every week that we would have this we would jump into our groups with our teacher and start planning. After We planned all our setting and character drawing including our writing we would start writing our story. It took us 4 weeks to right our story. After we would finish our story we would have to at least finish one setting and one character drawing. We were running out of time so we were quickly rushing. We were going to draw our settings and other character  later.  Here is a link to my writing and pictures of my drawing.

This is two of my settings and one of my character. So that is my work.  During this seven weeks of work it's been frustrating. It's frustrating because you have to make your work good quality. It's also frustrating because you had to finish it in time that made me want to shout and cry as I was really frustrated. But the good thing is that i enjoyed the drawing and writing. I enjoyed the drawing because it was fun and I learnt a lot about it how to actually draw. I enjoyed writing because i had a sad side to it. I hope you liked my story and my drawings and thanks for taking the time to read my blog post.

Have a great day.

  2. Kia Ora Linny,

Your story about Eleina is sad, when I read the last part of the story it melts my heart and I'm really happy to hear that it was a happy ending. Also your drawings were amazing, like your perspective settings. I was amaze, and maybe you could do better with your character. After all your writing and drawing were amazing.

    Kia ora Linny,

You have worked so hard during this hurumanu and it shows in your work. Well done!

You have worked hard on your paragraphs. However, you have one paragraph where you swap to third person. Keep an eye on maintaining either first or third person throughout.

Remember, your hard work paid off! Your story is heartfelt and both happy and sad. Great work!
